Somewhere Special

Pros: How comfortable and easy it was. The food was excellent and beautifully served. All the staff were helpful and kind not once did we feel out of place.
Cons: Parts of the hotel were a little tired and could do with sprucing up a bit but saying that it didn't take away the comfortable feeling of being there.
Location: Alum Chine is a lovely spot as the beaches and parks are near by. Westbourne is a 20mins walk away and Bournemouth a bus ride, which we did every day.
We wanted somewhere not far from home to spend a few days away as it was my birthday week. Went on line and found the Riviera, looked lovely and as had a swimming pool and games area decided to book plus the rates were excellent as out of season. On arrival was greeted by a pleasant young lady. Went to our room and found it clean and comfortable with plenty of storage space and hanging areas. Had a bar meal lunch time and booked a table for that evening. The service and food though out our stay was wonderful, very easy just like home. Swimming pool was great and the games area, which we used. Could not fault it. Definitely going back next year for a few days again.

Nice place but staff not so good

Check in for apartments is 4pm that's too late they gave me the key at 4.15
