On arrival to hotel you are required to purchase parking which is £5 if you are a hotel guest. (This is something that isn’t explained on the booking). On arrival into reception we were earlier than the checkin time. I asked the receptionist some questions and he was to the point and came across rude and unhelpful. The room was clean however the pillows were hard, the bed was hard and the duvet cover was cheap (felt horrible against the skin). Also there was a kettle but no coffee making facilities, not sure if this was to do with Covid or not. The swimming pool is also chargeable at £10 per person. Location is good as just off the M42 junction for bromsgrove.

Good basic hotel, ideal for visiting Bromsgrove

Spacious reception and lounge areas, nice coffee bar, room was large with sofa and king size bed. Bathroom slightly tired but perfectly adaquate. Cleaner knocked at 8am to see if she could do the room so we put the ‘do not disturb’ sign out and weren’t bothered again. Helpful staff who organised our parking pass. Good value for money considering it’s a similar price to a travel lodge.
