Reception staff (Graham) was great. We could take dogs in a separate area if we wanted them with us when we had food. Hotel takes dogs which is very good as few do. This is why we choose Holiday Inn as sometimes we are coming north at short notice. Usually stay at Washington as nearer to husbands family but this one is not far away. At any hotel there is noise so we always use earplugs. It’s usually due to people letting doors slam instead of holding them to close quietly. Not much hotel can do so earplugs let us have a very peaceful and comfortable nights sleep.

Pros: Rooms accomondation itself , you have everything what you need and it's nice a nd clean.
Cons: Restaurant: took very long just to have a simply dish.
Rooms are just OK , but i was on the second stage in the past , now on the first one : on that one I had more noise from above me , If they walk around.
