in a nice area good rooms and great staff. The variety of the breakfast is very good. I would just say the mnain improvement would be for the Vegan offering

Our room was very small and tv kept going off after a few minutes. There was no soap in the room either.

Liked the presentation of the property inside and out, very impressive driving up to the main entrance and very friendly warm welcome from the front of house staff. Decor inside was of good standard and might need a little touch up over the coming months but generally in good order. Rear of the buildings which can be neglected are in just as good shape as the impressive Main entrance well done on the whole presentation.
