Lovely historic inn with a great little museum and quirky room in the original part of the inn. The food was pretty good however the service in the bar and restaurant was terrible.

I have visited Jamaica Inn numerous times, I never disappointed with the hotel or staff. We plan our next visit on our departure. Love the new rooms.

I understand the hotel has a reputation for being haunted and did not expect to get any sleep but the room was very small and basic. To be fare not having seen any of the other rooms I was unable to compare.
The food was the best I have ever tasted, I could not fault it and I hope that standard is for all year round and not just because it was Halloween weekend. The place itself has many rooms to choose from when socializing during the evening time is full of character as would be expected given the age of the building and the owner has so far, kept the character of the place in keeping with the age of the building and has to be one of the best and most exciting hotels to stay.
