Only average, considering the rating and price. several irritating omissions, such as wi fi password clearly displayed, lack of facility to complain of a lack of facility to complain. Etc etc.

Lovely spa at the hotel

Pros: Spa, breakfast
Cons: Hotel layout, provisions of robes in rooms,
Location: Good location for Liverpool, Manchester and Chester visiting
Room was good and meals satisfactory particularly breakfast. Hotel is in a good location for touring around. Facilities were good, particularly the spa. Hotel is a bit of a maze because of various extensions.
