We stayed four nights. I was anxious prior to going to this hotel because of some negative reviews that I read. However, we did not experience any of the negative attributions that I read about. The staff were very welcoming and helpful despite being very busy. There were certain Covid 19 related changes but these did not affect our stay at this hotel. We understood these changes and appreciated the adjustment made. We had no trouble getting clean replacement towels and bedding and a hair dryer from reception as we were happy not to have other people coming to our room. We had breakfast and evening meals at the hotel and the food was very good. Again because of Covid 19, there was a limited menu and that was not a problem for us. Of all the other places we visited in the Cotswolds during our stay, the crown hotel was using the best infection control methods. We shall be happy to go there again.

The room was dirty. Dirty toilet. Dirty ripped bedding. Dirty carpets aaTired furniture. I want a refund
