A good value break. Lots of entertainment, clean rooms, food and drinks all day. For a FOUR star holiday this break will not disappoint.

Good hotel but not special

It was a pleasant stay. The rooms were comfortable with good sea view. I was told in my hotel confirmation that breakfast and dinner was included, but I was asked to pay for all soft drinks which I assumed included and made me feel embarrassed in front of other guests especially when my 7 year old son was with me.

Bonanza Palace

Very pleasant stay on this first trip to Tenerife. Bit of confusion at first as to which hotel of the three we were in; sent from one to the other. But comfortable and spacious room if a little ragged round the edges. The view from the balcony over the roof and chimney tops could have been better but at least the mountains were visible. Facilities are good on the whole, with Bonanza having the best outdoor pool in a delightful well maintained garden area. The Jacuzzi in the spa area was cold however and treatments quite expensive. It was also disappointing that a charge of nearly 20 Euros was made for the use of a safe in the room. We found the Island itself fantastic; the trip to Teide and the botanical gardens were the best.

fun in the tenerifefan sun

The hotel was comfortable they gave me a good room it was kept spotless.The hotel staff were very good.The buffet breakfast was very good with a lot of choice i would definately go back to this hotel This is a four star hotel and has a dress code for the restaurant ,if you want to go in shorts and swimwear better chose a two star hotel, then you can wear what you want

We were traveling for a week and after two nights we noticed bedbugs in our room. They came out of bed at night. The staff kindly changed us to a new room, but it left a disgusting feeling. After the trip, it is a big hassle to process all the luggage for bedbugs. I would definitely look at the mattresses and bed bases in the future, because the room looked clean and the problem was revealed at night. We did not receive compensation in the situation. The staff was friendly.

ei nykyaikaisia palveluita lapsiperheille

Korkea keski-ikä ja siksi ei lapsille kovinkaan hyvä hotelli... ehkä ollut joskus -90 luvulla mutta jämähtänyt siihen aikaan. Hotelli sopii ehkä hyvin seniorimatkailuun mutta ei nykyaikaisille lapsiperheille. Internetin käyttö vain aulassa on jotain aivan uskomatonta...

Good Hotel, I can go again

Very good hotel and services, ecellend food , brekfast and dinner. There has been everything from the choice. Parking palce before hotel, free. Swimming pool etc..
