Always for me but not for everyone

Hotel is great, I have been multiple times and although it’s been upgraded I still think it lacks the final touches. Rooms aren’t that big and no storage. Cleaners don’t always replace sheets and pillows etc. Food is average at best. The shows aren’t like they used to be. Need to go on longer and have less outside acts. The resort hs everything however is a little all over the place. Al a carte booking system is ridiculous and once you get to the meal, not worth the wait. Never enough sunbeds and people seem to literally leave a towel and never use the bed! But.... the vibe is great, the staff are positive and friendly, resort as a whole is clean - perhaps just not always the rooms, the drinks are good, the pools are clean, lifeguards save lives, waiters wait. It seems like more negatives than positives, but I think as a whole, I’d rate it 4 star and 7/10 every time. Never less, occasionally higher at its peak. Oh, and inflatables should be allowed! Don’t bother packing any, I wasted tonnes of money and breath and we weren’t allowed to use them! The literally just take up more room/balcony space!

excellent holiday

best holiday ever!

Staff were amazing. Events team made sure that every minute was entertaining. Rooms clean. Food plentiful. Location great (apart from lots of plane noise as right next to airport). A mixture of all ages made this a very pleasurable stay. Would come again and recommend to anyone x

Sehr schön renovierte Anlage. Schon etwas älter, aber gut gepflegt. Zimmer sind klein und freundlich eingerichtet. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist scheusslich. Brachliegendes Hinterland und ungepflegt. Das Essen ist sehr auswahlreich und gut! Barpersonal könnte freundliche und effizienter sein.

Unterkunft bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten, die Restaurants sind sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider beginnt der Kampf um die Liegen am Pool bereits vor 8 Uhr, wobei die meisten reservierten Liegen bis Mittag unbenutzt bleiben. Zudem ist das "All-Inclusive"-Konzept in Bezug auf Getränke und Speisen auf das Minimum beschränkt. Viele wünschenswerte Dinge kosten extra. Am Strand gibt es keine vom Hotel zur Verfügung gestellte Liegen.
