It’s clean and acceptable with friendly professional staff
Food was very nice and staff were all very friendly and helpful, the evening entertainment was also very good. The rooms and parts of the Hotel were quite tired although was advised that the Hotel is being refurbished in April. Rooms didn't have tea/coffee facilities which I thought they did.

Clean, well run hotel with excellent room facilities and staff
staff all very hard working and helpful. clean and comfortable room. Lovely pool 2m deep so diving is allowed. No inflatables or balls in the pool, even for kids in the kiddies pool. Best positioned hotel around, in the middle of everything you would need looking down to the sea.
Located in Tenerife, Siam Park is one of the premier water parks in all of Europe. Designed with a Siamese theme in mind, this amusement park offers something for everyone. Siam Park is also the first eco-friendly green park in the entire world. The water park uses more than 700 cubic metres of sea water each day which undergoes a desalination process before being put to use on the rides. After the water makes the necessary rounds for the day, the water goes on to provide hydration for the numerous plants throughout the park.
Siam Park has a unique theme you cannot find anywhere else. Each amusement park ride, eatery, and physical structure stays in accordance with the Siam theme so you feel like you are really in Thailand which is amazing in itself considering the park is in Spain. As if all this is not enough to get you heading in that direction, this watery playground also has the added bonus of achieving five world records that include the largest dragon statue, most diverse slides, highest elevation increase for a lazy river, largest man-made wave, and the largest Thai structure outside of those in the Asian continent.
