Staff were friendly and when we asked to move rooms we were accommodated easily. We stayed at Flora 2 and it was quiet and clean. daily entertainment for adults such as archery and shooting.

Very good hotel and food of very good quality! Little remote especially for people wanting to be in the hub of things! Some staff rather aloof! On the whole a sound hotel

Apartments are lovely and clean, bright and modern. Great showers. All staff, including cleaners were friendly. Grounds are beautiful. Restaurant staff were particularly friendly but as I said all staff were very friendly and helpful. I had only breakfast at the restaurant but the choice was great and catered for everyone. Overall a lovely place to stay.
