It was well organised and everyone was very friendly. The staff were very polite. On the other hand, it felt like the room has not been properly cleaned for a long time (remote, corners of the room, window with rusty nails).
During your stay at The KPH, you'll be within walking distance of Kensington Gardens. Features include free WiFi in public areas, plus a restaurant and a bar. This 3.5-star inn has 7 rooms. Each room includes amenities such as free WiFi and a flat-screen TV.
Room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom well equiped. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, tasty and well cooked and presented. The food from the bar in the evening was tasty, well cooked and reasonably priced
Great concept - basic affordable accommodation attached to a nice country pub. Didn’t like not having a shower/possibility to shower - a rarity today!
Location is great and good parking. We had a superb breakfast included in the room rate. The hotel looks tired and shabby. Our room was very basic and the waste bin in the bathroom had not been emptied and was full - very off putting. The wc was not clean either. On the upside the staff were helpful ...
Lovely food and great location on the outskirts of Bowness. Very nice decor and great service. Rooms are a good size. Nice to have a massive bath to soak in after a long walk!
Super hotel beautiful & clean staff was so lovely and very helpful food 100% could not have wished for a better hotel in my opinion it rates 11out of ten well done to you all keep up the good work we will be back
It was fine for an simple overnight business stay. Would have liked a lift as I have problems carrying cases up and down stairs.
If you've scanned through all the big-name hotels and resorts and can't find anything that'll suit your budget, United Kingdom Inns could be just what you're after. Run for real travellers, this age-old style of lodging is sure to keep costs to a minimum. Granted, it's not going to be as shoestring as a campground, but with the added draws of hearty food and regional beers on tap, the chance to sleep in individually designed suites or to chat to locals over a local ale, it's clear that there's loads of extras packed into the price.
It shouldn't be hard to find inns for holiday breaks in United Kingdom that burst with character. That's precisely what this sort of stay is all about – something different, something really memorable. It could be that there's a lively pub joined to the rooms. It could be that there's a leafy garden out front. It could be that there's a kitchen that sizzles with the scents of local produce and regional cooking. Whatever it is that sets them apart, you're bound to find something special in United Kingdom Inns.
Food is actually one of the main features of an inn. It's what makes it different to a B&B or classic hotel. Originally conceived of as pitstops for travellers on long-distance trading routes, these establishments almost always have an on-site kitchen and bar. That's great news if you were hoping to sample bona fide United Kingdom cuisine, or if you're looking for a stay somewhere a little more off the beaten path, far away from all the main restaurants and bistros.
Whether you're after a stay that's sat smack bang in the heart of the action or somewhere quiet and secluded closer to nature, ebookers has such a wide range of inns on the menu that you're bound to find something to suit. The property has a number of related services under one roof. Fabulous location. Couldn't understand where there was not even a single seat in the room.
Great location, room and great staff. Well recommended to all.
Great location, free local bus to Heathrow. The room was nice, big TV and good bathtub to relax. Room service available all day.
