Friendly

Pros: Ideal location and friendly hotel. Definately enjoyed the soft pillows and had a great sleep!
Location: Chosen because it was close to RHS Wisley and ideal for our next days travel.
Historic coaching inn close to a number of attractions. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. We stayed in the modern part of the hotel. We would definately stay there again if we need a hotel in the area.

hotel looks great but once in our room disappointi

Pros: food and the staff not cleaning staff especially the lady that knocked on our room on Saturday
Cons: Basic cleanliness of the room and maybe be sensitive to you customers
Location: great
room was dirty dusty everywhere we did complain to the desk but still nothing was done no water offered in room considering the amount of money one paid basic water which one will think it will be offered shower gel not replenished we had to go and ask and we were given only one hahahahahah the food was brilliant and enjoyed that

Ok but room for improvement

Pros: Lovely decoration and ambiance. Beautiful building with stacks of character
Cons: Cleaner carpet, some hot water and firmer mattress.
Location: Fabulous Anchor pub about 5mins walk down high street. Close to Whisley gardens, Windsor town and Great Park.
Check in was quick and efficient. We had a room in the stable block. When entering there were some black oil stains on carpet which was not a great first impression. Room decor was modern and trendy with large shower room.. Linen clean and bed comfy if a little soft for our liking. There was a selection of teas and coffee and biscuits with kettle facilities. I has very little hot water in the morning and my husband had none. Overall very disappointing.
