Dear Mr. Luan We would like to thank you for sharing this information with us because we can only improve with the valuable feedback provided by our Guests.We would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused during your stay. Unfortunately, when the hotel is fully booked, late checkouts cannot be confirmed to allow housekeeping a reasonable amount of time to get rooms spotless before new guests arrive. That could have been the reason for the room service misunderstanding as well, I'm afraid. Once the official check-out time had passed by more than an hour, knowing that late check-out could not be arranged today, they entered the room without taking into account the Do Not Disturb sign because it usually happens that guests leave it hanging on the door, even when they have finally left the room.We do regret the incident. We have already spoken with the team and we are working together to avoid any future misunderstandings. We hope, however, that your experience has been positive. Thanks for being with us!
