Stayed here for 2 nights, whereas the property and grounds were lovely, our room was right next door to where the top of the restaurant was so it meant that come early morning we were woken to deliveries, crashing off bottles etc. We also found the staff were not overly friendly (except the front desk staff on arrival, they were nice) it was like no one wanted to be there and in the morning that we had breakfast there we saw 2 staff getting annoyed with one another and muttering under their breath. Again though the grounds were lovely and would consider here again in hope that at better times (Post Covid) it will be better.

I was disappointed to discover that breakfast wasn't included in the cost of my room. When I booked, that was the impression that I got. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable stay.

I was a guest with my partner for a wedding and the grounds are stunning and the use of the spa was very nice the next day.

Room was freezing when we arrived and didn’t get any warmer whilst there. Sink was half full of water with bits floating in it and had to get a member of staff to loosen plug
