Positive:
- Hotel right in front of the beach so very nice views from common areas and some rooms.
- We were told that we had a partial ocean view but could only see palm trees and a rooftop, it was ok though.
- The studio/apartment, very big.
- Service is nice but nothing extra, nice to have laundry service for a cost
General:
- This hotel is mainly for Mexican Tourists and other Latin American community Tourism, Maybe because the prices are cheaper than the rest of the hotels in Cancun, This makes that people are quite loud the pool which is small, is constantly full with lots of kids & if you want sunbeds you must reserve quite early with your belongings or you will not get a sun bed at all.
Negative:
- At the kitchenette, there were no plates or cutlery or anything at all that you can use if you want to cook.
Probably cause they want you to consume at the restaurants, which are extremely expensive and quite bad, and there are not many other options around the hotel.
- Hotel is far from the main hotel zone, and pretty much anything else. You need to get transportation like a taxi or local bus (those are at your own risk). We did find a nice taco place nearby about 1km walking from there, with authentic tacos and fair prices. *Los Chachalacos*
- Common places like pool, beach and restaurants are very full and loud all the time.
- Expensive and I mean they really take advantage of the fact that there is pretty much nothing else around you.

Very good for families with small children. Good value for money. Nice breakfast. Upgrade to a suite was worth it so we got a balcony.
