Noise from numerous large extractor fans outside room, not so good. Glasses of white wine expensive and not enough choice.

All the staff were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble. Room was very good and well cared for, gym and swimming pool also. Food was excellent and the service from the waiting on staff very good. Overall excellent two days.

Lovely stay in a beautiful hotel. Food for dinner and breakfast was lovely. The room was nice and spacious, clean and very comfortable. The leisure facilities are also adequate. Really nice location and staff very welcoming. We would return again for sure.

Long wait for check in. No one on the reception desk for over 5 minutes. Very unsavoury incident when we were approached after leaving the dining room (post dinner) in the reception area, by one of the dining room staff querying us about our payment method (charge to room) was not in place. We had on check in given our credit card details. Apparently, the yiung girl on check in had not 'refreshed' the system, and our credit card was not showing on file. No apology offered. This was all very embarrassing and unnecessary in front of other guests. The professional way if there was an issue (which there wasn't in our case) would be to ring the relevant guest room and advise of issue with credit card.
