Dear Anthony,Our apologies for the lack of steam room but unfortunately due to Brexit, we have found that getting replacement parts is now taking weeks instead of days. However there is still the Sauna and Bio Sauna as well as the rest of the facilities for our guests to use.Its great to hear that you enjoy the hotel and come back so often and rest assured that i will pass on your comments with regards to the food and we will endeavour to improve this for your next visit.
