Only for one night in transit this hotel is ok. This is a tippical motorway hotel for shortstay.

Great welcome after exhausting trip!

I arrived very late after an exhausting and long journey . The night staff was very welcoming ,kind and helpful. The room was ideal , quiet, well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. All my questions were answered either by staff or the information leaflets in the room...I had read all the reviews and opted to stay there due to the lack of hotel room near Dover despite some negative reviews. I was pleasantly surprised by my stay there and think that the ranking doesn't reflect the hotel in a more positive way. I will definitely stay there again. Thanks to all staff and venue which contributed to me feeling refreshed and rested. Happy customer!!

Worth paying for

This hotel is one of the better from the budget lodges. The room was large and airy, well away from the motorway so no noise, staff were helpful and informative. Room was spotlessly clean with hairdryer and shampoo, showergel and carex soap in the bathroom. Not perfect due to a couple of tiny holes in the duvet cover - this didn't affect our trip and my daughter said she had one of the best nights sleep in ages. Room had lots of towels and pillows too

Hotelli sijaitsi lähellä moottoritietä ja sinne oli helppo poiketa. Hotelli oli myös sopivan lähellä Dover'n satamamaa, josta matkamme jatkui seuravana aamuna. Hotellin vieressä oli hyvä aamiaisravintola. Hotellin henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Hinta-laatu suhde oli ihan loistava. Voin suositella lämpöisesti muillekin matkaajille.

Abschluss der Englandreise

Zum Abschluss der Südenglandreise übernachteten wir hier. Haben es nicht auf Anhieb gefunden, da die Adresse nicht im Navigationssystem gefunden wurde. Grosse Zimmer mit allem was man so braucht. Reception war nicht besetzt und nach mehrmaligem Läuten (extra dafür vorhanden) mussten wir mit dem Telefon anrufen (hat Auslandstelefonkosten verursacht). Receptionistin hat sich von sich aus entschuldigt und war sehr freundlich. Beim Verlassen des Hotels war Reception wieder nicht besetzt, konnten den Schlüssel jedoch auch so in einen dafür vorgesehenen Einwurf werfen.
