Hintaan nähden kohtuullisen hyvä.

Sängyt ei maailman parhaat, ikkunat likaiset, televisio ei toiminut, televisioon ei ollut kaukosäädintä. Astiat perushyvät kolmelle. Kissat saattavat häiritä allergista. Aurinko paistaa partsille aamusta noin klo 15 saakka.
