excellent revamp

Having stayed at this hotel before, I was pleasantly surprised with the changes to the dining room and the pool area. the bedrooms have been brightened up and the cleaning staff still do a great job. Will definitely be going back. Danny.

Great retreat for a couples getaway

We were on our annual 2week self catering holiday and decided we would book a week at The Stil Gigantes Hotel to surprise some friends that we knew were going to be there that week. We have been going to Los Gigantes for a number of years but had never stayed at this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised, the hotel was perfect, very clean and modern with beautiful views in a perfect location,and we loved the seawater swimming pool. Entertainment while we were there could probably have been better, entertainment was better outside of hotel. Food was good, not brilliant and not always hot depending on what time you ate. Martin who cooked fresh eggs at breakfast and meat in evening was very professional and very entertaining. There were never any long queues when Martin was on. Overall we had a wonderful week there and would certainly consider returning .....

Adults Only, Great position, modern hotel

Great, modern hotel in a fantastic position. Worth paying extra for a sea view room. Well maintained, lovely large room, bathroom is more dated but ok except but shower curtain lets it down. Food was varied with freshly cooked fish & meat every evening. Would recommend this hotel

Great relaxing holiday

This hotel is fab. The only one slight minus is the choice of food at the evening buffet. The location and amenities are great. We will def. return for a other holiday here.

nice relaxing holiday

overall experience is good however in the future I would like to stay here on bed and breakfast only as the dinner as quite repetitive

Dramatic location for a couples getaway

Overall a perfect 10 days in the sun. This is the fifth time we have visited this Hotel - that speaks for itself. We enjoyed a sea view room on the 5th Floor where in the evening we watched the dolphins rounding the bay and viewed the whales spouting a little further out to sea. Hotel enjoys dramatic views of the cliffs. On this occasion we were disappointed by the quality of food on over but nevertheless the hotel does represent good value for money and is very clean and comfortable. Especially good because it is adults only.

Booking didn't work

When I arrived I was told by an extremely rude receptionist that the hotel was overbooked and that I had to stay at another hotel the first night. This other hotel was not at all of the same standard and it completely spoilt the first day of my short holiday. When I finally got back to the 'right' hotel, everything worked fine, the remaining staff was very service-minded and the room and the food were excellent.

L'accueil est très sympathique, le personnel est très a l'écoute et a disposition. Concernant la propreté et le matériel a disposition...jai trouver cela moyen pour un 4 étoile. Les tâches sur le lit, pas très soigneux. L'aspect hygiénique m'a sembler très moyen. Autrement le secteur est fiables, bien desservies...un arrêt de bus a proximités...des restaurants en pagailles et un lieu très amicale. Séjour correcte me concernant.
