The village hotels are generally the same. However, they have now introduced a £5 parking fee for overnight guests. This is NOT INDICATED WHEN BOOKING VIA EBOOKERS!! This is on their own website. Irrespective of that i find it reprehensible that visitors can park for free up to 4 hrs. Clearly this is to protect gym members but hammer the overnight paying guests on top of very high accommodation rates.

The staff weee great.the hotel was clean although the lighting wasnt great in the room. The breakfast lacked a real buffet breakfast. Only scrambled eggs and very basic. My hisband stayed before Christmas and said that this has changed and not aa it was before.

Have stayed here before but our room this time was not great. The blind had several slats broken so the light came in at night. The water coming out the cold tap had many. Black bits coming out. Kid pointed this out to our cleaning lady and were Advised not to drink it and provided us with several bottles of water to use

I am a regular at the hotel. However the fact that the swimming pool area is out of action till 10 December was not made known until trying to visit on the Saturday morning. There is no mention on the hotel's own website that the facility is unavailable.
