My room was dingy ,the bed lights didn't work and the sink didn't drain. The room my daughters had was lovely. Breakfast was OK but the fruit selection was poor, orange, pineapple and prune only and only one toaster and drink machine with therefore associated queues. 8 years ago this hotel was fantastic Now, hmmmm. Good parking though.

Nice hotel, convenient location

Pros: Location, staff, size of room and bathroom
Cons: looks a bit tired in places - could do with some upgrading
Location: Stirling town centre is a 5/10 minute walk as is the castle
Have stayed here before and more than happy to stay again. On a business trip where this is one of three hotels that a taxi service picks up from. The road on which the hotel is located leads up to Stirling Castle but the road is usually quiet - the castle is a 10 minute walk away. The staff are very good and very friendly, breakfast is self service but pretty good. The restaurant is comfortable and the menu gives quite a bit of choice. I'm staying ghereagain in two weeks time and I'm quite happy to so so

Good value but noisy

Excellent location and very helpful staff. Room clean but quite dark and no central lighting . Breakfast was good and nice leisure suite. We were woken both nights by noise in the corridor from other guests. This was not because they were rowdy, just normal conversation, but the noise insulation was not good.

Excellent Venue for weekend break

We found this an ideal place to spend a weekend break in Stirling, to visit all the local amenities and make use of the hotel's facilities. There were a lot of special deals on for a weekend break so it made it affordable.

Cons: Beschilderung, Klimaanlage, Lift!
