Bar staff was surly & aggressive when asked for lime cordial or lemon saying the bar was not stocked due to 4 Xmas parties in the hotel Very rude service & we checked out immediately

the room was very small although adequate, needs upgraded, the first night was quiet, breakfast was not prepared at the same time, when I went, there was no bacon, mushrooms, hash browns, black pudding, I waited for bacon then got the last egg, the food was brought out individually. the 2nd night was very noisy due to a party underneath the room, did not finish until 1am. we had to phone down to reception and complain.

Unfortunately, I had to cut my stay short, due to a family emergency. The lady at the check in was very understanding when I told her this. Nothing anyone could do, it was just something that happened. I would certainly go there again, and hopefully manage to stay the full time I had booked :)

nice hotel near bus and train station easy walk in

Pros: location
Cons: said already paint job needing done on heater in room and pipes leading to it.
Location: plenty to do when we were there it was a Viking festival plus so easy from hotel to get to crieff where we spent a bit of time again bus and train ne
hotel food great rooms could do with a paint job on the heater and the pipes leading to it other than that its a prime location.
