Handle of the toilet door hanging off couldn’t open it from the inside, bath/shower old unclean , breakfast was ok but the cups were cracked took two attempts to get milk for my coffee before I got a glass of milk from the cereal bar myself, staff had no uniform ,didn’t know who was staff or guest ,building is tired and run down

Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in einem „crerar“ hotel auf Schottland. Bei beiden waren die selben Themen: Die Gebäude werden schmerzvoll verwahrlost. Eine Totalsanierung wäre zwingend notwendig. Leider war am Abend unseres Aufenthalts auch die à la carte Option nicht verfügbar und so hat man die Wahl zwischen drei Menus. Wir haben uns dagegen entschieden und sind im Ort essen gegangen. Das ist gut möglich. Frühstück war sehr bescheiden.
