Location is good but staff is very rude...

Overall experience is no good location is very good but no amenities as described staff is not coopreative at all room didnt cleaned for three days ...

Das Personal ist sehr Unfreundlich. Sehr schlechtes Zimmer, dass Fenster ging nicht Mal auf. Bad sehr unhygienisch. Sehr laut. Sehr kleine Zimmer.

Unfortunatly the hotel didn‘t seem to earn the „4 stars“ at all. Very very loud in the night, because of the Meyhane, we found it very unclean, nothing like the pictures online. Other than the breakfast you couldn‘t eat anything. The sheets and duvets were not changed in 5 days. The most sad thing was the very very poor internet connection: sadly they had a passwordless Wi-Fi, where everyone could connect, and we had the feeling to not have a Wi-Fi at all because it stopped at all every 2 minutes. The location was good, Taksim Square is near by, and the „rooftop“ was also good in the morning.

nur an der Rezeption wird einigermaßen Englisch gesprochen. abgewohnt und schmuddelig

Zentrales Hotel

Pros: Service!! Sehr nette Leute, die sich einsetzen und alles mögliche machen, dass man zufrieden ist! Nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön an Volkan!
Location: Das Hotel befindet sich am Taksim Platz, und dort hat man fast alles, Shopping-Möglichkeiten bis Ausgangs-Möglichkeiten zu Restaurants, alles. :-)
Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und ich buche immer wieder in diesem Hotel. Sehr zentral, doch trotzdem schön abgeschirmt vom ganzen lärmen! Ich habe das Hotel jedoch nur für Wochenendaufenthalte gebucht. Kann nicht beurteilen, wie es längerfristig ist.

Hotelübernachtung

War nicht schlecht. Das Morgen Essen war gar nicht gut. Nicht zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist sehr gut man ist in der Nähe vom Taksim Zentrum.
