Hotel presentation was fine but the experience was the worst ever!!! We booked this room for 3 nights and all 3 nights couldn’t get a decent night sleep because of a teething baby next door!!! This was address and nothing at all was done other than being told that the hotel is fully booked so we can’t move you...? This is absolute crap! I’m expecting a refund and a call back from a senior manager!! Do not promote Hilton franchises on your website because they are absolutely crap. I want my money back as soon as possible because this matter needs to be taken seriously please. I do not like escalating complaints because that’s no a good look. I look forward to hearing from you.

Nice hotel

Everything 5* The only downside is souranded by cemetery. If you don't mind then it's perfect hotel to stay

Please kindly note that our hotel is situated in one of the most well known ancient areas of Istanbul named Topkapı. The area itself is situated at the edges of the Historical Peninsula, surrounded by the city’s ancient walls that you might have detected while neighbouring many authentic residential venues, hosting variety of worship venues as well as its cemeteries. Our location is just in between Golden Horn of Istanbul “ with landmarks of Eyup Sultan Mosque, Kariye Museum or Byzantium Palace of Tekfur “ and the worldwide known Historical Peninsula of Istanbul where city’s top historical spots like Topkapı Palace, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern , Hippodrome or the Grand Bazaar are just 7- 8 km away. Apart from these historical sites, there are many contemporary recreation options that our guests do have easy access during their stays.
