Hôtel moderne avec belle vue sur le Bosphore. Le niveau général n'est pas digne d'un 5 étoiles. Première nuit nous avons été mis sur un étage fumeur, avec des enfants !! ou la fête battait son plein jusqu'à 5 heure du matin (fin du Ramadan ?). Impossible de fermer l'oeil. Nous avons été déplacé après réclamation dans les étages supérieurs non fumeur. Là rien à dire. Calme, propreté et belle vue. Le seul espace extérieur ou nous aurions pu profiter de la douceur du soir, soit le Roof avec restaurant et piscine était fermé pour "rénovation". Rien ne l'indiquait lors de la réservation. Dommage... Les autres détails désagréables : - Piscine interdite aux enfants après 17h (heure à laquelle la plupart des gens reviennent de leur excursion) - Cuisine fermée en raison d'une panne de cuisinière alors que nous étions déjà assis avec nos consommations. Pas de proposition pour faire manger nos enfants ! En résumé, expérience mitigée qui n'est pas du niveau d'un 5 étoiles.

Hotel war exzellent!

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer stets aufgeräumt und das Bad sehr sauber. Das Restaurant war hervorragend. Ich würde das Ritz Carlton sofort wieder buchen.
