Comfortable well located city centre hotel.

The most memorable aspect of this comfortable hotel was the very large room with kitchen facilities and a separate sitting area, providing a splendid view of the dramatic KL skyline. Other positive features were the location close to the KL tower with easy access to the city's transport system, (the Raja Chulan monorail stop is approximately 10 minutes walk away), and the very good buffet breakfast (separate cost of 30 Ringits). Two tips for visitors. 1) There is an excellent network of free buses covering the city centre. These are indicated by colour (red, blue, green etc) and they access most of the interesting city centre locations. 2) Beware of hand bag thieves. My wife had her bag stolen by an apparently helpful young man on a motor scooter who stopped to help us cross the road and then yanked the bag off her shoulder as he passed behing us. You have been warned!

Wow!

Excellent hotel. Great staff and the best overall value hotel in kl. And to top it off, what a fantastic location. Close to everything by foot, taxi and monorail. Pleasure to always go to kl and stay there. Tip: Try and get a room in the new part of the hotel

visiting KL

room was Not ready when check-in, need to wait a while not so long but after 16 hours of flying was not so pleased to wait. a deposit of 100 US$ was necessary, I don't know why exactly. Curtains were dirty, but the Whole rest was nice.

Disappointed

Very good location and nice huge room but disappointed with the service I received. Staff were too slow and not interested in any thing I asked for as if I am staying for free. 1st night I didnt sleep on bed because I found blood stain on duvet. So disgusting. Staff at reception doesnt know how to scan and email me. I had to go all the way to internet cafe for this. What is the point of staying in 4 star hotel where I cannot get basic facilities.

UNFRIENDLY STAFF

when arrivig at the hotel, produced all documents needed as i went for a funeral int he city didnt bring my passport along but have other identification and the card that it was paid on including the booking information. the rejected my staff and after hours of pleading the offered me a room which i had to put a £200 which covered the room. i only arrived at the hotel at 2 in the morning by the time i got the room it was approximately 4:30. the staff didnt know what they were doing and even customers booking out of the hotel in the morning were commenting on the staff. wouldn'trecommend the hotel to anyone.

Hotelli hyvällä paikalla.

Pros: Kattouima-allas baareineen jäänyt 80 luvulle kuten muutkin tilat. Hotellin taso ei vastaa neljää tähteä, max. 3
Cons: Täysi remontti olisi paikallaan
Location: Hotelli hyvällä paikalla mm. Petronas Twin Towers puistoineen kävelymatkan päässä. Puiston laidalla sijaitseva Akvaario on käymisen arvoinen paikka.
Edullinen hotelli mutta hinta vastaa hotellin tasoa. Hotellin naapurissa Menera torni jossa kannattaa käydä. Tornista näkyy kaupunki lähes 400 metrin korkeudesta. Lähialueelta pääsee mainiosti ilmarataa pitkin China Towniin ja sen lähialueella sijaitseviin nähtävyyksiin.

Auf keinen Fall ein Sterne Hotel!

Wir hatten am 26.10.2016 ins Pacific Regency eingecheckt und abends 3 mal die Zimmer wechseln müssen sowie am nächsten Tag noch ein viertes Mal. Das Hotel ist auf KEINEN Fall wie auf ebookers.de angegeben ein 4,5 Sterne Hotel. Es hat nicht nur hygienisch nicht zulässig und ekelerregende fleckenübersähte Bettbezüge, Toilettendeckel wo die Sitzplastik sich ablöst und Ekel auslöst, staubbeladene Möbelstücke, angegriffene und fleckenübersähte Teppiche und Tapeten sondern riecht obwohl es Nicht-Raucher sein sollte nach Rauch. Außerdem schallt der Bass der Bar im 34. Stock auf die Zimmer im 32. Stock und war nicht aushaltbar. Wir haben uns aufgrund der mehrmaligen Zimmerwechsel sehr unwohl gefühlt. Auch nachdem wir zum vierten Mal das Zimmer gewechselt hatten, waren wir keinenfalls zufrieden. Es war unsere Hochzeitsreise und hat keineswegs unseren Vorstellungen zu dem was ebookers über Pacific Regency online geschrieben stand, entsprochen. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und werden nie wieder über ebookers buchen. Einmal und nie wieder.

gut zum ankommen in KL

Die Regency Suites sind genau gegenüber vom KL Tower. Mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen zahlt man zwischen RM 70 und 100. Der Pool ist toll und das Personal auch. Zimmer okay aber nicht mehr ganz neu.
