Check out time was 11am, much better than 10 am at other Brittania Hotels. ebookers charged me £10 for the breakfast on-line. Only £7.50 when you check-in at the hotel. Don't buy the breakfast through ebookers, buy it at the hotel. ebookers are ripping us off! Good breakfast though, buy it at the hotel. Shower very rusty. Needed replacing. No shower gel or shampoo provided in the room. Dispenser on wall empty!

Friendly staff, but no night porter service for anyone working or as advertised a airport hotel Also advertised free internet, limited to 20 minutes in the room unless you buy a pass

Basic and run down although bed is comfortable. Bathroom clean but tiny shower. Breakfast is atrocious

Bought a breakfast. Had run out of sausages. Not "able" to cook anymore. How can you offer an English breakfast without sausages! This a Britannia hotel!! Charge £4 per person for hotel guests to use the leisure club! This is a Britannia hotel! Hotel advertised by ebookers as having leisure club. Annoying to be charged an additional fee when you have prepaid. Not clear this is the case. Room ok, but air conditioning vents very dirty and curtains hanging off. Bedding and towels good and clean. Bathroom clean. Overall room fine with aircon, fridge and safe. As long as you accept that this is a Britannia hotel. Clean and practical, cheap, but well used with little capital investment then you will find hotel is ok.
