Club room standards were good, very comfy bed, furniture is in good condition...but meant to have Sky TV available only they don't give you a remote so you can't watch it!! Shower head pressure was also quite low which seemed a bit bizarre...

Sink was not working in the room hence water was pooling in the sink. Room was next to staircase so when asleep at night kept getting disturbed due to doors closing and noise outside bedroom. Automatically the hotel took £15 pound extra from bank card a few days later after our stay for saying an additional person was staying with us when this was not the case !

Great location, the hotel is very clean and it has great lounges- I love the mini cinema area. Breakfast was ok!

The hotel itself is lovely with plenty of amenities. Our stay was ruined because the pillows were awful We had been at a wedding all day and came back to the hotel late and ready for a good nights sleep. We found the pillows were oversized and very firm, causing our heads to be raised too high from the bed for comfort. I had a stiff sore neck and dumped the pillow onto the floor for most of the night, I then used a rolled up towel which was also uncomfortable. We barely slept and I got up in the morning with a bad back and neck. We would not be able to stay in the hotel again unless we brought a pillow or had a better one provided.

Very nice hotel rooms with excellent staff. Buffet breakfast is the scourge of the modern hotel industry. How can queuing to make your own toast be considered a great experience and give you an incentive to come back?
