Like the location and the building. Bythe river and central to llanrwst with it's own parking. Rooms are well equipped clean and tidy at reasonable prices. All staff are friendly and efficient, food and drinks are good and reasonably priced.

Lovely staff were helpful with room and local area

Pros: lovely room, location next to the river, helpful staff (Karen especially!). great breakfasts too!
Cons: there was a lot of clutter in spare rooms guests could see
Location: Snowdonia on the doorstep so lots of outdoor activities
my boyfriend and I stayed at the hotel to climb Snowdon and perfect location as it is a 40 minute drive through the national park to get to the furthest start to the climb. lovely drive through beautiful countryside and town.
