Room was very dated (Fedra 3 block), TV didn’t work (no aerial or remote control) and 3 broken promises to rectify it. Ant problem in the room, again broken promises to look at it. Rooms have very thin walls and you can hear everything....and I mean EVERYTHING,,,, On the good side, plenty of facilities in and around the resort to ear/drink/shop. Pools were kept as clean as they could be. Hire of room fans is available although not advertised, we found out on the last day. Would I go again...........probably yes.

This is a HORRIBLE hotel. We are a family with 2 children. We couldn't slerp every night, because several people were in the swimming pool and they always loud. They all night jumped and they were loud screaming. We houndreds of time went to the recepció, but they didn't do anything. We were very very very very tired!!!!!

Customer service should be closer to each building and bedrooms should be cleaned daily. No water bottles and no WIFI in rooms was provided.

The room was spacious and clean, the reception process was quick and easy and the all inclusive was fab the kids entertainment area out of season was a little small for seating the people on site so this spoilt it slightly but we just went down the road to a pub in stead. But overall a good family holiday can’t fall off for the price we paid

nice hotel, entertainment staff first class

Pros: location of hotel is very close to town centre, staff friendliness, pool areas were clean,

Cons: the restaurant experience could be better when very busy, food selection could be better and hotter, cleanliness of outside toilets could improve

for being a last minute family holiday we had a very pleasant experience, our family enjoyed participating with the animation team at the pool side entertainment and also at the show garden. also found the hotel grounds to be well looked after and all staff very good at speaking English
