Arrivé a l'hôtel j'ai dû payer 1 petit-déjeuner pour l'enfant qui n'était pas inclus. Par réservations ebookers seul les petits-déjeuners adultes sont pris en compte quand s'est marqué inclus, pas très normal mais c'est une réalité. Ensuite le lit enfant (lit superposé) n'est pas fait, cest le client qui devra le faire. Le personnel est gentil et très accueillant. La chambre ee l'hôtel est bien pour un couple seul car pas de privacité lors de la douche, la porte est transparente avec des ligne opaques mais nous arrivons a voir de plus obligé de se sécher dedans si on veut pas sortir nu. Les wc sont étroit pour une personne de corpulence plus forte que la normal, la porte ne se ferme pas a clé et cerise sur le gâteau pas de brosse a toilette, nous en avons acheté une. Le petit-déjeuner est sympa, pas mal de variétés. Pour une nuit en couple ca va très bien pour un couple avec enfant bémol à la privacité.

Bonjour Monsieur,Merci de nous partager votre ressenti suite à votre séjour.C'est avec grand plaisir que nous recevons vos compliments sur le personnel.Concernant les petits-déjeuners enfants, nous avons déjà rapporté le problème à Expedia et Booking, mais aucune réponse nous a été apporté. Ils sont effectivement mentionnés comme inclus alors que non facturés et non inclus chez nous.Les chambres sont quant à elles les mêmes que tous les hôtels de la gamme IBIS budget.Au plaisir de vous recevoir de nouveau.Bonne journée.Alexandre, Réceptionniste.IBIS budget Châtillon, Paris Ouest.
