The hotel looked lovely but ebookers failed to make the booking that they had previously confirmed by email (and specifically said in the email that there was nothing I needed to do). Do we were left at 8pm with nowhere to stay. Luckily the staff at the hotel were lovely and tried their best to help us. Not happy ebookers.

Ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und völlig ausreichend für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Personal war sehr freundlich und check-in & out lief ganz unkompliziert ab. Leider wenig Steckdosen im Zimmer. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit geteiltem Badezimmer dafür aber eigenem kleinen Waschbecken, das war sehr praktisch!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich im Casa Margarita empfangen. Es war eine famliliäre Atmosphäre. Das Casa Margarita ist super zentral und doch sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Wir buchten zuerst eine Nacht und weil es uns so gut gefallen hat, buchten wir weitere 5 Nächte. Das Preis-Leitsungsverhältnis war super. Man war stehts bemüht, dass wir uns wohl fühlen und wir zu allen Informationen kommen, die wir brauchten. Busfahrpläne, Tips für Restaurants etc. Würden jederzeit wieder gehen. Vielen lieben Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal.

Das "Hostal" ist eine einzige Zumutung. Es gibt keinerlei Kontaktmöglichkeit zum Hotel. Die Buchungsfrage blieb bis zuletzt unbeantwortet. Ab 18 Uhr muss man den Zimmerschlüssel in einem anderen Hotel abholen und auch dort findet die Bezahlung statt. Eine Rezeption existiert zwar, war aber zu keiner Zeit besetzt. Nun zu den gruseligen Dingen: Das Zimmer ist alt, sehr alt. Es ekelt einen schon etwas an, wenn man die Türe öffnet und ein muffiger Geruch einem entgegen strömt. Die Matratzen beider Betten waren derart durch gelegen, dass man sie eher als Hängematte bezeichnen konnte. Das Zimmer verfügte lediglich über eine einzelne Steckdose, die dauerhaft mit dem zur Verfügung stehenden Ventilator belegt war. Die Gemeinschaftsdusche und das WC waren jedoch sauber. Bis auf die Tatsache, dass das "Hostal" im Stadtkern liegt, würde ich niemandem empfehlen, hier ein Zimmer zu buchen.
