Pros:My bathroom was beautiful, looked very new. Staff all very pleasant and helpful.
Cons:Some updating needed in room e.g new window frame. Bacon at breakfast was delicious but scrambled egg pale and not much flavour.
Location:Great to sit at my window and watch people on the prom below.
I stayed for 4 nights in May and found the central location very handy. I was in room 32 on the top floor, I counted 61 steps up to it so got my fitness as well as a beautiful view out to Caldey Island. The room is a single ensuite and had all I needed. Wifi excellent.

Great hotel with fantastic views!
Great stay. We had 1 night over the Easter school holidays. The hotel does look a little tired in places but the views from our window certainly made up for that! We had a room right at the top of the hotel which was quite challenging with 4 flights of stairs! Breakfast was great in the morning and if you didn't want the full English you could choose other options. The location is also perfect with steps just outside the hotel straight onto South beach. There was no Parking at the hotel but the multi storey was 5 mins around the corner and cost £3 for 24hrs!
