Pretty location but could do with renovation. Room was nice but felt needed further cleaning. Did not drink water provided as for a new bottle- looked opened ! Tea wasn’t replenished.

The staff were very friendly & professional,went out their way to help. Didn't like the fact there was no air con or fridge.

Great hotel close to York and the nearby Designer Mall. Food served in the Fat ASbbot pub. COVID restrictions apply but everything was clean and safe. Used the pool and facilities. Quiet with just a few residents utilising the service. Overall great stay and would happily book again.

Lovely property and within easy reach of the nearby McArthur Glen shopping outlet and York. Lovely surroundings and good restaraunts available at the hotel.

Hotel was attractive, clean and comfortable. Restaurant food was very good. Spa was well equipped and very pleasant to use.
