Very helpful and friendly staff, nice bar, comfortable and clean rooms. Location is easy to get to from the airport and lots of public transport options (tram, bus, train and metro) nearby. Thoughtful touches like a small welcome gift were appreciated.

Very good price for the hotel , very clean 3 min wall from metro station that can bring you within 20 mins to Amsterdam central. Clean and also has a smoking area designated for cannabis smoker. Very friendly staff and good bar and restaurant. Definitely will use again when I will return to Amsterdam

Fantastic spa facilities. Well worth the extra €15 to use. Only women can use it between 12 & 17:00 Mon to Thur for religous reasons! A little frustating if you are male as they are asking you to leave by 11:30. Rather unusual practice in the 21st century. Excellent breakfast. Good rooms with a kettle. I always like a kettle. Very modern. Very clean. All staff very helpful. Nothing too much trouble.

Leider waren die Duschtücher zerrissen und dreckig, Zahnpastaresten waren auf dem Toilettenboden wie auch an den Platten neben dem Spiegel, Makeup Reste waren an der Bettwäsche und der Duschschlauch spritzte in alle Richtungen und die Duschbrause war voller alter Dreck und Rost. Bei der Reception gemeldet, wurde nichts behoben. Erst nach 6 Nächten wurde die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Keine Kritikfähigkeit! Und das soll ein 4 Stern Hotel sein? Bezahlt haben wir das-erhalten aber nur max.3 Stern. Das stimmt uns sehr wütend und traurig.
