Le personnel est très gentil. Ils répondent à vos questions et sont très serviable. La chambre est spacieuse. l'hôtel est bien situé, 5 - 10 min a pied pour le métro (Girona) 25 min à pied pour aller à l'arc de triomf, 15 min à pied pour aller à la sagrada familia.... Point négatif: j'ai retrouvé des cheveux sur les linges propres.

Agréable week-end

Nous avons passé trois nuits à l'hôtel Aranea de Barcelone. Chambre propre, confortable, pas très grande, mais avec le confort nécessaire. On entend un peu trop les bruits de pas dans les couloirs mais bonne insonorisation entre les chambres. Personnel discret mais agréable, tous ne parlent pas français nous avons quand même bien réussi à nous faire comprendre. Situation : à 10 minutes à pieds de la Sagrada familia et du métro le plus proche. Pas beaucoup de restaurants et commerces tout près. Hotel à recommander.

Für ein Städtetrip gut. In der Nähe von der Sagrada Familia. U-Bahn Station ein wenig weit weg.

Ilmastointiongelmia

Sijainniltaan hyvä hotelli, periaatteessa hinta-laatusuhteeltaan hyvä. Kuitenkin meillä (ja myöhemmin nettiä luettuamme muillakin jo aiemmin) oli ongelmia ilmastoinnin kanssa. Saimme lopulta vaihdettua huoneseen, jossa ilmaistointi toimi edes kohtuullisesti. Kuitenkin muitakin ongelmia ilmeni (suihkusta tuli vain tulista vettä yms), ja eniten jäi harmittamaan hlökunnan suhtautuminen - suurinta osaa ei vaikuttanut kiinnostavan tippaakaan ja itselle tuli vain syyllinen olo "valittamisesta". Onneksi vastaanottotiskin Rubert osasi asiakaspalvelun ja pitkälti pelasti muiden tökerön käytöksen. Loppujen lopuksi ok-vierailu.

Mukava hotelli rauhallisella paikalla.

Kokonaisuutena hyvä vierailu hotellissa. Henkilökunta oli mukavaa ja puhui hyvää englantia. Huoneet olivat siistit, mutta hotellin tarjoamat pesuaineet olivat vaatimattomia, joten omat saippuat mukaan. Aamupalalla emme käyneet, koska lähellä oli kahviloita, joista sai hyvät aamupalat aavistuksen edullisempaan hintaan.

Aranea

Huone oli keskitasoinen mutta siisti. Henkilökunta on erittäin avuliasta ja auttoi mielellään turistia.
