Wir mussten das Hotelzimmer wechseln, da die Fenster undicht waren und dementsprechend das Zimmer Eiskalt war, das Badezimmer war schmutzig, das Bett wackelte und der Boden war ebenfalls nicht gereinigt worden. Auf Absprache mit Ebookers konnten wir bei der Ankunft das Zimmer wechseln, jedoch Zufrieden war das Personal nicht darüber. Das Zimmer war einigermassen für 3 Nächte aushaltbar, jedoch würden wir niemals wieder dieses Hotel wählen. Das Frühstück war ok, was leider das einzig Positive war. Wir würden es nicht weiterempfehlen, nichtmal für diesen Billigen Preis den sauber muss es zu. jedem Preis sein.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung und Kommentare. Bei der Ankunft wurde er in ein anderes Zimmer verlegt, weil ihm das ihm zugewiesene nicht gefiel. In diesem Moment schienen sie glücklich zu sein und wiederholten keine Beschwerden über ihren Aufenthalt, alles und dass der Direktor ihnen persönlich die Lösung für die Probleme gab, die sie haben könnten. Wir glauben, dass etwas, das Minuten nach ihrer Ankunft gelöst wurde, nicht auf diese Weise bewertet werden kann. Erhalten Sie einen herzlichen Gruß,

Hotelli sijaitsee tosi kivalla alueella kivenheiton päässä Sagrada Familiasta. Lähellä on paljon pieniä kahviloita ja taxitolppa nurkan takana. Huone oli sopiva nukkumiseen, muuten siellä ei juurikaan viihtynyt, mutta eihän matkalle hotelliin mennäkkään oleilemaan :)

Meine Frau und ich haben 6 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen, da es sehr hellhörig ist. Die Nachbarn nebenbei waren sehr gut zu hören und die Lautstärke, der in der Nacht nach Hause kommenden Personen, oftmals viel zu laut. Der Service an der Reception ist mittelmässig und nicht besonders freundlich. Der Besuch dieses Hotels erscheint mir eher für jüngere Menschen geeignet, die für die Hotelkosten eher sparen müssen.
