Beautiful hotel. Excellent staff - very friendly and polite. Breakfast buffet is awesome - loads of choice. Half board has great choices of restaurants to eat from. My only complaint is of the kids club. I had high expectations of the Sinbad club. The outdoor kids pool and play area is great - however, the indoor play area needs work. Most of the toys and accessories were damaged or had parts missing. In bad condition and need to be replaced. Seemed empty and not much for the kids to play with or keep them entertained. Apart from this minor hiccup the hotel was exceptional in every other aspect.

Superb! The hotel is a huge Excellent staff and beautiful beaches with top quality on service Incredible food at Imperial. Happy hour at the Crown. Coming back soon again

The location and style of the property is very good, however the rooms are now looking aged and dark. Not happy that no phone operating instruction are provided in the rooms.

Freundliche Begrüssung im Hotel und einfaches Check-In. Personal ist sehr kompetent. Frühstücksbuffet ist vielfältig und draussen ist es sehr gemütlich. Am Strand stand Sonnencreme und Aftersun zur Verfügung. Auch genügend Liegen waren vorhanden. Toller Beach-Service. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Essensangebot in der ganzen Hotelanlage entsprach nicht ganz unseren Vorstellungen (Auswahl und Qualität). Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer, leider war uns der Zugang oftmals verwehrt, da der Zimmerschlüssel nicht mit dem Schloss korrespondierte und viele Anläufe nötig waren, bis wir endlich in unser Zimmer konnten. Die Organisation des Taxiservice könnte verbessert werden. Es ist jeweils nur möglich, ein Taxi aufs Mal zu bestellen. Somit hatten wir auch mal eine Wartezeit von 20 Minuten, bis dann endlich für uns ein Taxi zur Verfügung stand. Alles in allem war es jedoch ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist so freundlich und zuvorkommend. Viele abwechslungsreiche Restaurants. Kann das Hotel nur empfehlen und würde wieder gehen.
