Sehr herzliches Personal, sehr hilfsbereit. Als wir angekommen sind, wurden unsere Koffer sofort entgegengenommen. Das Personal unterstützt uns in allen Bereichen. Die Fragen wurde korrekt und sofort beantwortet. Das Frühstück war frisch jeden Morgen und sehr gut. Das freundliche Personal in der SPA war sehr herzlich und unterstützend. Das Hotel kann ich nur weiterempfehlen, ich selber werde hier wieder kommen. Ein grosses Lob & Kompliment geht an die Reception Herr Yunus und Personalküche Frau Helin. Das Hotel steht in der Mitte der Stadt (Taksim), ruhige Gegend!
