Dear Ashpacino, Thank you for spending your valuable time sharing your views regarding your stay at our hotel. We are very sad to read your review and we assure you that we will improve on the points we lack. We always intend to ensure all guests have a comfortable stay. Guests can call reception and register their complain and we do swiftly take actions according to our standard operating procedures. We politely informed you that your room is not confirmed yet for the second guest but you continued your stay two person and enjoyed use of our facilities. When we reminded you about extra cost, you assured that payment will be later but you left hotel on your check out date without any extra payment. We always try to our best to explain politely the expenses. We hope you understand our situation too and accept the fact that your reservation was not for two person. We are a budget hotel and try our best to reach expectations of as many guests as possible. We value all reviews and take them very seriously. We get our share of reviews, good ones we use them to boost our team spirit and the negative ones we take them as a caution and deal with them to improve.
