Hotel was ok. Room cleanliness was below the standards I was expecting, when we got there bedsheets wasn't changed in the children's room. Not enough toiletries were given after the room had been cleaned each morning. The lifts kept breaking down every other day. There was a bad smell coming from the corridor we were on on one occasion. The buffet breakfast did not have enough variety to choose from. The staff at the reception were wonderful and sympathetic and tried to do there best to help out for towards our needs.
