Primero Hotel is a excellent boutique hotel in Istanbul. The location is great as it is not far from all the main attractions as well as transport. The hotel is clean, modern, really nice rooms with comfortable beds and really good shower, breakfast also good offering a good variety. Ozgur and Hanifi were specially helpful and very welcoming, thank you to them. Primero is a great hotel, will surely be back.

Hotel is very close to all the attractions and the shops. Excelent rooms and very clean. Staff are a pleasure to deal with especially Uzgur and Hanifi. Can improve on breakfast. Overall excellent. Would stay there again.

I stayed in this hotel on the 5-6th of November and I was so happy with the customer service and the overall hotel. I loved it as it was clean and the staff were there to assist me for all my inquiries. I would definitely come to this hotel when I came to Istanbul and the location is perfect. This is by far the best hotel I have been to in Istanbul and I would strongly recommend to anyone thinking of coming to Istanbul to come to this hotel.

Hotel was very clean and everything works very well. Nice breakfast with good articlas to build example feta salad. Scrampled eggs, sausages, cold cuts, baked things (both salty and sweat), mysli, corn flakes etc. Gentlemans in reception (Mr. Yosin and Mr. Veysel) was perfect and help a lots example found good shopping places, tours etc. Only warning thing is: In a room is minibar but there is only softh drinks. Anyway only 100m from hotels there is a several shops what provide bear, wines and also hard alcohol drinks.

Leider ist die Sauberkeit nicht wie in den Bewertungen beschrieben. Handtücher wurden nicht ausgetauscht und wenn, dann nicht ausreichend. Toilettenpapier wurde nicht nachgefüllt, Amateur nicht gereinigt und das Geschirr nicht gespült. Staubgewischt wurde leider auch nicht. Das Zimmer war recht klein für 4 Personen. Zimmermädchen waren sehr unfreundlich.

Waren 1 Woche im Primero Hotel. Wurden direkt sehr nett empfangen. Die Zimmer sind generell eher kleiner. Mit 2 großen Koffern schon etwas eng. Aber nicht weiter störend meiner Meinung nach. Das Frühstück war ausladend. Für jeden was dabei. Das Personal sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Würden Aufjedenfall wieder kommen!

Das einzige war, dass under zimmer im -1 stock war. Wäre schön gewesen, hätten wir das zimmer oben gehabt.
