Free parking is a big premium. The rooms are now tired and bathrooms could do with updating. The position is good next to the sea.. good walk to center but enjoyable.taxis cheap into town Delta Alfa cabs.

Thankfully I got this hotel stay at a reduced price due to using loyalty rewards as if I’d have paid full price I’d have been even more disappointed, upon entering the room there was a stale smell that seemed impregnated in the entire room, some of the bed sheets had holes in them and overall the room seemed dated. Plus points were the shower was powerful and if you’re just after somewhere close to the waterfront area then I suppose this would suffice also they offer free onsite parking, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again as for the normal price better options are available.

They didn't expect cash in hotel cards only they only change the bed covers every 3 days wen we did check the bed covers few days later after they were in to clean the room we found one of the bed covers had blue mold on the shit that my sister was in for 2 days and then we pulled cover off the matress to find a load of hair from a man like chest hair so we told the staff she got my sister a new room away from us so we were split up for the last nite they gave us free breakfast for what had happened as a sorry the hotel is more like a B.B not a hotel rooms are basic..

Rooms are basic and a bit dated and carpet could do with being replaced. Ok if you just want to rest your head after a night out and we only paid £35 so ok value for money.

Ticks the boxes for budget stay

Does what it says on the tin. Budget hotel with basic rooms that are clean and good customer service, can't say fairer than that. Only a 5-10 min walk into The centre pedestrian zone. The bar/restaurant area is really nice and modern, and the bar prices aren't too expensive either. Both the girl who checked us in and the guy who served us at the bar were pleasant too.

Great location, good for 2 star

Pros: Location
Cons: Decoration and bathroom
Location: Dockside, and only a few minutes walk from the centre, Albert Docks and the railway station.
Remember it is 2 star and it is good for that rating. The room decoration reflects that but it was clean and acceptable. Good bar and breakfast. Overall, satisfied with my choice.
