Thank you for your feedback regarding our WIFI. Im sorry to hear you had experienced some issues, this is the first that I have heard of this as we have no other WIFI issues reported from any other apartments. Our reception team would have happily called our external company to correct any issues you may have experienced with connecting to the WIFI. Kind regards Megan
