Great location, clean, good value for money and very convenient for what we wanted. We were expecting to hear other guests at night but the hotel was very quiet (we were on 8th floor). The only downside was that the main bedroom smelt of cigarette smoke.

Excellent location - short walk to the docks, museums or shopping area. Lovely spacious room with all essentials. Ample storage. It was so clean we were overwhelmed with smell of bleach - housekeeping called and tried to sort. Parking £15 for the night - around the corner from hotel - 30seconds walk. Check in/out was quick, friendly and helpful staff.

The property was modern, with a pleasant set up for an apartment. All the things you required were available. The bar was open till 3am and food was served 24hours- this was reasonably priced. So prefect after a night out. My only issue was the bed sheets appeared to have not been changed as they was dry blood on them. I addressed this with the company and the issue has been resolved to my satisfaction. I would stay here again, as i believe what happened to me was a one off.

This outfit can't even set up a free wifi properly for the allotted number of days of your stay. Half way through the login went. To do a password reset you have send an email to your self. Unfortunately, you have to have wifi access in the first place to reset the password. An interesting conundrum

Im sorry to hear you had experienced some issues, this is the first that I have heard of this as we have no other WIFI issues reported from any other apartments. Our reception team would have happily called our external company to correct any issues you may have experienced with connecting to the WIFI. Kind regards Megan
