Likes: *Cleanliness was evident in the rooms, the communal areas, the pools and lounge areas. *Genuinely nice friendly & helpful staff, this is so refreshing to find. *Quiet surroundings, yet only 5 minutes drive to San Antonio centre. Dislikes: *Buffet restaurant had literally no vegetarian dishes most evenings, I mean none whatsoever, (I did inform hotel prior to arrival, & talk to a chef on our first night...) no dairy free milk to be had either - so disappointing. *Noise from neighbouring rooms - the walls are paper thin, & even earplugs couldn't keep out the din, so a few sleep disturbances each night unfortunately.

Ich habe ein Zimmer gebucht das nicht so aussah wie auf den Bildern, das Zimmer war schmutzig, voll mit Haaren, Ameisen. Ich hatte tote Ameisen zwischen den Badtücher und auf den Bettern. Sie waren nicht hilfsbereit mir ein anders Zimmer zu geben, sie schickten eine Putzfrau mit einen Besen vorbei. Sie haben uns gesagt das wäre normal, ich wäre nicht der erste und nicht der letzte der reklamiern wird

Gemütliche und schöne Hotelanlage. Je nach zugeteiltem Zimmer, ist der Zugang mit dem Kinderwagen ein bisschen mühsam. Ansonsten sehr sauber und geräumig. Einzig die Organisation im Hauptspeisesaal hat Verbesserungspotential.
