Weekend break

Pros: Convenient
Cons: nothing
Location: Good location quite and relaxing
Had a great break the only thing I found a little annoying was the trams not operating late at night so it meant we walked from central station to the hotel, this was 23:30 and the last tram went at 23:22pm. It was a little tiring especially after working then travel from Ireland. Pleasant stay in the hotel and availed of the late check out which was nice as we were able to go out and come back to our room instead of leaving luggage in a secure room and it gave you time to relax and freshen up before yoru journey home.

No Minibar, no-go shower

It's a beautiful hotel with an breathtaking view just one station from Central. Very close to everything. You have a great roomservice but no minibar!! Not even just a bottle of water. Absolutely disturbing was all the water coming out from taking a shower. The whole floor was wet when i took a shower.!

Enjoyable

Served us extremely well. Superb breakfasts. The shuttle bus was an added boon. Quiet and comfortable. The staff could not have been more helpful.

Great Weekend Getawy

Great hotel, modern rooms and friendly / helpful / knowledgable staff! We had a wonderful view from our room! It's quite a walk into town (longer than I thought) but still in a good position! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

city break

Hotel is not cituated 6 minutes from amsterdam city centre but about 12 minutes with all the roads in the way and is quite far out, taxi's charge double from outside and to the hotel because they obviously think the british are stupid, which clearly we are not. The wifi does not work properly, not to mention no water pressure at all, we were on the 14th floor. My phone bill was high due to no wifi so 15 euro credit was not really any good, but thankyou. Would i stay there again definately better hotels and better value for money. 4 stars £115 a nite i dont think so !!!

Couple getaway for New year celebrations

Great hotel and location. Breakfast was fab and we got an upgrade to the Executive room on the 19th floor. This provided spectacular views of Amsterdam particulary on the news year with the fanatical Dutch firework displays. Staff were great too and very helpful
