Overnight stay.

We stayed for 1 night, and hotel was great. Room was spotless, and very comfortable. Can be slight problem with noise at front of hotel at night. Heard up till 4am. Not sure if there was a night club nearby, but secondary double glazing helps. Would certainly stay there again, a class hotel. Great staff, and beautiful interior.

Long weekend for partners 30th

We couldn't have asked for a nicer welcome, from the gentlemen at the door, receptionist to the room cleaners were all polite and happy to help. We were upgraded rooms which was a added bonus ! The only thing that let the room down was the size of the bath however, this was only a minor point as the rest of the hotel was amazing! We would highly recommend this hotel and will return for another stay.

Still as classy as ever

Pros: Old fashioned luxury
Cons: We could have had a bigger room
Location: Ideally located right in the middle of everything that goes on in Chester!
Although under new ownership the Grosvenor retains its true 5 star status. If you are able to request a room in the older part of the hotel, do so. They are more spacious and very well set out.

Excellent city location.

For ease I would use the valet parking as it's alot easier then park the car. Hotel staff can never do enough to help. Room was luxurious and so comfy. Excellent location as you enter the city from the entrance all the shops are on your door step.
